Bonjour Michael. At first: Markus Müller Productmanagement is the seller, Ulbrich-Industrieelektronik the Producer of this winch. In the first years I´ve made this project from the beginning to the first serial machines with Ulbrich together, now, since some years, I am the seller, not more. If there was a technical problem we´ve had support between 12 hours and 2 weeks. We also must make a different between customer´s or producer´s fault of the problem. Before 2 years we´ve realy had problems of customer´s and also problems with Ulbrich-Industrieelektronik. Before 3 years Ulbrich had problems with the electronic, because of longer pistes and bigger planes in France, but 8 weeks after Ulbrich has repaired ALL winches only against money for the way from here to the customers. Also we´ve had problems with the customers, but not here in this forum, this is not may character. Since 2-3 years the problems were gone, in the moment we have only 1 support ( our fault...the customer has not to pay ) and all other 19 winches are working verry well. All winches are modified and are working good. I think, also a verry important point was and is the FORMATION for this winch. Not complicate, but nessecary. In the first time the formation was made from a " friend ", but verry verry bad and since this bad formations I make now all formations for myself, ALL. The results you can ask our customers. But please give me an answer for this: Since 2-3 years we have realy problems ( this is our biggest problem ! ) with this " noise ". Do you know arabian telephone ? I want to know, from wich side and wich " noises " you can heare in France ? I would be verry happy to know more of this " noises " and also the letters wich came from the centre and from the Bourgogne... elektrostart@aol.com Only a copy would be nice. It´s not the product, the realy problems are this " noises "... The biggest present for me would be that this " noises " would be stopped, but this persons don´t want to stop... BUT: I´ve learned a lot the last years. The reality needs time, but the reality comes, that is shure. ________________ If you have a piste like La Motte, you only should buy an old winch, because they have not many starts and with 250 m altitude they are in the " pombe ". Electric-winch is only rentable over 800 starts / year. If you have a piste like St.Flo, St. Crépin...it is the best to have an electric winch ( or 2 ) Excuse and also thank you verry much.
