Administrateur Posted September 1 Report Share Posted September 1 During the task at FAI World Gliding Championship held at Garner Field (UVA/KUVA), Uvalde,Texas, the Czech female pilot of a JS-MD 3 RES had to outland into the shallow lake near Comanche Ranch Airport (5TE0), Eagle Pass, Texas, after the RES sustainer engine quit, possibly due to the heat.
