Help! Rapport Optima

Sorry if i'm typing in english, but my frenche is not very good. I'm a glider pilot in a italy and, in the spare time, a student. I'm writing my dissertation about gliding and i need the Rapport Optima, pubblished on the web site of FFVV this is the link:

It looks like you need to put your licence number in it, in order to be allowed to download it.
